FDA Compliance & Affiliate Disclosure

How supplements are regulated

Dietary supplements in the United States fall under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994, which treats them quite differently from medicines. Three consequences:

The words "FDA approved" appear nowhere on allkamelt.com, because for a dietary supplement they would be untrue. Any supplement page that uses them is either mistaken or relying on you not to check. We also do not display an "FDA Approved" badge, and one was deliberately excluded from this build's artwork for that reason.

Claims we make

AlkaMelt is manufactured in the United States in a facility following Good Manufacturing Practice standards. Product claims are limited to structure and function — support for appetite, metabolism and everyday energy — and are phrased accordingly: supports, helps maintain, is designed to support.

Claims we do not make

Berberine and honest marketing

Berberine is the most pharmacologically active ingredient in this formula. Plenty of pages selling berberine products bury the interaction risk in a footer. We have put it on the homepage, in the ingredients section, in the how-to-take section, in the FAQ and in the footer of every page. That placement is deliberate and should not be softened in any future edit of this site.

Testimonials and the FTC

Under FTC guidance, a testimonial does not tell a reader what a typical user will experience, and that is stated wherever testimonials appear here. We publish no star average and no customer count, because neither figure would be independently verifiable.

Affiliate disclosure

allkamelt.com is operated independently. It is not the manufacturer's website and we do not represent ourselves as the manufacturer anywhere on it.

If you click an order link here and complete a purchase, we may be paid a commission by the retailer. Your price is identical either way. That commission funds the research, writing, design and hosting behind these pages.

A commercial interest is not a licence to be vague. Serving size, bottle size, ingredient names, guarantee terms and pricing published here are what we believe accurate at the time of writing, and where a figure cannot be verified we say so rather than fill the gap.

Trademarks

AlkaMelt and any other product names or logos shown here belong to their respective owners. Their use identifies and describes a product and does not imply endorsement of this website.

Reporting an adverse reaction

If a dietary supplement causes a serious adverse reaction, stop taking it, seek medical attention, and report it to the FDA MedWatch programme at fda.gov/safety/medwatch. Public reports are a large part of how problems in this industry surface.
