The short version: we hold the minimum needed to answer you, we never sell any of it, and one message to support@allkamelt.com has it erased.
This policy applies to allkamelt.com. Orders are completed on a checkout page run by our authorised retail partner; what that page collects is covered by their policy, and it will tell you so before you enter anything.
Who holds the data

Card details are absent from that table on purpose. They go to our retail partner's encrypted checkout and never pass through us.
Uses
- Answering support messages and processing refund requests.
- Keeping the site available and investigating abuse or fraud.
- Seeing in aggregate which pages are read, so the weak ones get fixed.
- Meeting record-keeping obligations imposed on us by law.
Things we will not do
- Sell, rent or trade your details to anyone, for any amount.
- Add you to a marketing list because you wrote to us about an order.
- Build an advertising profile from your behaviour on this site.
Cookies
A few are strictly necessary for pages to load. A few more count visits without attempting to identify you. Any current browser will let you block or clear both, and allkamelt.com still works if you do.
Processors
Three: our web host, our email provider, and the retail partner that takes payment and ships orders. Each may use what it sees only to provide that service to us. Beyond those, disclosure happens only where a law or valid legal process requires it.
Retention
Support threads are held up to 24 months so a follow-up message does not mean starting over. Server logs are kept much more briefly, for security. Then it is deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may request a copy, a correction, an erasure, or object to a specific use. Email support@allkamelt.com; we respond inside 30 days. We may verify your identity first, which protects you rather than us.
Children
AlkaMelt is sold to adults. This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly hold data about children. Tell us if you believe otherwise and it will be removed.
Changes
Revisions update the date at the top of this page, and anything material is flagged on the homepage for a reasonable period.
